I don't know alot from Morde but when Taric's rework gets released then you should do Morde/Taric bot lane. The synergy for those two are going to be RIDICULOUS!

I play Morde jungle. I can solo Baron at 20 minutes if I have my stalker's blade without an enchant, rylais, and jaurim's fist (building into sterak's). Just get drag, and let it tank. Use W to heal, Drag is usually at around 200-300HP by the time I finish.

EDIT: 7:20, did it as top lane Morde. Did it at around 4:10 as well but Yasuo helped a bit.

Go for it. works best when ahead so enemy team can't contest, or if they don't have it warded that early so your team can group mid as a distraction.

I usually just tell bot lane at the beginning that if I can powerfarm to 6, we can drag for a free mid turret. Depending on when we get the first drag (or if), I use either the 2nd or 3rd for Baron. It's best to get it exactly at 20 minutes because no one expects it. If a good opportunity presents itself to get drag and you'd have to save it for 4 more minutes, just take the drag and do Baron at 21-22.

You could, but I usually like to take mid turret and by the time you finish it, drag is gone or nearly gone. If you can fit in a 2nd drag before the 3rd at 20 minutes then it works, but a ghost from a successful kill top or mid can tank Rift Herald just as well.
