That's a pretty hefty nerf, cutting both the base damage and the AP Ratio.
So, what gives? What's the purpose of it exactly? Other than gimping her :P Because I really can't figure out the purpose of such a hard hit.
Because her ult is one of the most toxic abilities in the game. If she wants unparalleled sticking power on a tiny cd with resets, she can't hit like a truck either.
reduce her burst and push her into a more sustained dmg combat pattern mainly so she utilizes her new tools (like an actually useful shroud and heal on her autos) to survive
Well she did get quite a lot more damage on her passive and some more on her E and from what I know nothing else was nerfed damage-wise.
