Not sure why she every needed a rework. The first passive solved her mana issues while she had actual damage on all her spells. I even think the ult had less of a delay and still wen off even if she got stunned.

I still remember the day they announced her first rework, I was so sad... :D It was horrible even though she got buffs the following patches. And her current rework is even worse. I really miss the original Cassiopeia.
