You took a below average champ and nerfed it in almost every single way possible for a gimmick max range ult buff that is completely worthless as its an awful thing to actually do max range ults.
I like on how his rank 1 W has a 30 base damage and 10s cd + 30 mana cost for a SINGLE use auto attack, lol.

Fizz has been underpowered ever since this last nerf, he just has no early game anymore and just always falls behind in lane, why would you play fizz when lb and syndra exists, champs who can 1 shot you from range while being lane bullies.
You dont have to play safe against fizz, you probably dont have a clue how to play laning phase if you still lose to fizz in 2016.

Hmm, no no it's not that I'm playing in dirt elo. It's because of his W and his Q which is why a lot of people prioritize knowing the range of it and stay out of it at all costs. Why bring lb/syndra into this? Fizz counters them hard along with other skillshot reliant lanesr such as

Anyway, his damage alone and his mobility, he's in a good spot right now. So what if he falls behind in lane? He's still going to kill you with or without farm, as long as he's level 6. He's never been underpowered. Yes, I know how to win lane against him - along with the game, and find it easy, but he's still in a very good spot right now.
