It isnt that jinx is ridiculously strong, it is that she is extremely reliable. You can play passive the entire laning phase and be behind the adc, but once you get your ie and what not and a couple kills; she outperforms her enemy edit: or at least go toe to toe with them. And that the reason you hardly see twitch and varus, because unless you have a grasp at how to play them and dont get ahead, youll lose.

No jinx IS very strong.

I agree jinx is really reliable and her passive on Q with switching to rockets is lane breaking she can shove lane just as hard as sivir and have high amounts of attack speed as if she already built a blade of th ruin king. She needs a tiny nerf on the Q passive.

I mean, I also see Kalista Vayne Caitlyn Ezreal Lucian quite a bit.

The only ADCs I don't really ever see are Twitch and Varus . But yes, I agree that those 3 are pretty strong right now, especially Jinx. She has had a stupid high pick rate while maintaining a really good win rate for a long time now.

I think the thing keeping her from nerfs is the fact she's insanely immobile with an unreliable form of cc to keep anybody off her (chompers) Every other adc is pretty mobile or has a reliable way of escaping.

Twitch has his stealth Varus(His is iffy) has a pretty big AoE slow Sivir has her ult/passive/spell shield.

Every other adc has a dash/blink deal going on in their kit and jinx has her chompers which can be dodged pretty easy

Yea, I forgot about Quinn and MF. I do see Ashe get some play, though. I even like to play her occasionally lol.

I recently started playing Draven , I'm by no means a great ADC or anything, I've been learning the role in Normals. I absolutely destroyed a platinum Jinx . I'm silver.
