Honestly how people even came to thought that season 10 would solve anything ?

Let's break things down: First of all tanker is not back and none of them will be able to come back any time soon unless it Ornn or DrMundo ofcourse cause their kit just got overloaded with buffs.

Conquer on other hand, it just got more busted and add more abuser to it more than making it less of must pick rune, yes they removed the true damage. But yet anyone can proc it now easier special the ranged champions with short CDR like Ryze and Cassiopeia while it giving monster healing for no reason for some champions like Olaf Aatrox Renekton (Who was already consider toxic special for top laners)

And now let's talk about the assassin class in general from the items changes, Zed Talon etc still taking over the mid lane and abusing anything that come in range while even able to melt tanker easily if they got ahead and on other hand the items change just made things better for them special with item 3814 but what is the trade from this changes ? Nothing they still consider the upper hand special with ap assassins not being touched like Leblanc Akali etc

And the jungle changes, oh god did it fix anything ? Nope All i see right now just Elise DrMundo Ekko etc taking over the jungle just like before , maybe it wasn't the jungle exp or pathing problem after all ? Maybe it was some champions kits problem and their ability to clear a whole jungle without any risk or even their ability to farm a pushed lane for their advance cause their kit just got that clean clear.

We going to sit in the same cycle of burst meta for the longest unless they start to make real change and nerfed the whole runes while nerfing and maybe even remove all buffs that was giving during last 2 years for some champions that consider toxic

theres still some people left from the "old boards community" that always praised riot for always doing "the right thing" and im pretty sure its those blue eyed kids who cant get over their fanboying and fangirling who said riot will fix stuff in the pre season.

most people alrdy said it will get even more damage and snowball heavy cause most people on the boards learned FINALLY how riot operates since season 5.

I legit looked at the solo exp changes and thought, "Wow, mid just got the best buff in the world" not ,"Wow, toplane can exist with this buff". And the jungle changes made it worse. I thought, "Wow, this means if I get the worst pick spot possible, which happens 75% of the time, that means im fucked" Catchup Exp should return with half effectiveness, solo exp change reverted. In place of that, Riot takes either the rest of the preseason or next preseason and looks into top and fixes the balance structure that should have existed there in the first place. Adcs and mages that are not battle mages do not belong there.

Some of the changes were great had they not eartagged shitty changes on top of them
