I feel like these fizz changes are in the right direction but I feel he was over nerfed.

I'm a Kat player and I don't even play Fizz. But playing against them all the time I know the trades well. I can dominate fizz players with such ease it's a little amusing after the changes. He can't really "outplay" me when he does no damage.

I don't think I should be able to zone a fizz out of his minions as Kat and simply dodge his ults to make him useless.

Just an opinion but I feel like he is garbage tier atm. Maybe he still fits somewhere else or is belongs in the jungle now... Idk but I'm destroying them with ease as kat and laugh when they attempt to do damage to me. Just wondering what you guys think too. I hate the fish but not this much :D
