Riot; Indirect Evelynn nerf....? (Duskblade interaction)

Duskblade triggers on "Basic attack" which excludes it from being used with Evelynn's E (Ravage) which triggers on-hit effects. This item would have been invaluable on Evelynn but because of this, it means the item is a lot more restrictive than it should be.

Was this an intentional exclusion? was it meant to be an indirect nerf to Evelynn? there is no reason for Duskblade to not trigger on Ravage since Ravage triggers literally every other effect (aside from crit)

Generally if you're within range to E on Evelynn you should probably already be using autos on the target.

That is not correct.

Ravage has longer range than auto-range and this is very significant. "Generally" is meaningless, the fact is, Ravage has longer range and is more accessible than standard auto-attacks.

Let me rephrase my statement outside of edge cases where you're securing kills just at about twice auto range this is unnoticeable. It'd probably be a good idea to change this interaction though.

What your calling very significant is a relatively minor annoyance and highly situation dependent mechanic.

It is not "relatively minor", it is a huge problem but I would not expect a non-hardcore Evelynn player to understand how relevant it is ....
