Xerath isn't in the update list?

As far as what we thought, Xerath seems to be up to par in Distinction, Cohesiveness, and Health. I've seen some people argue his gameplay is too similar to Lux to be considered distinct, but we actually see Xerath as more of an extreme range DPS mage

If what they want out of him is an extreme-range DPS mage, then why are they leaving him as-is?

Aside from that:

Velkoz _ isn't_ distinct, but Xerath isn't enough like Lux to need a rework.

How do they still have these jobs?

Because I don't want to bother with writing this out all over again, I'm just going to link these two comments I made on the thread (and just ignore the Ziggs part if you so chose): Xerath vs Ziggs ,Lux vs both

I get your points, but Vel'koz is still more distinct as a champion than those three are from each other. He's in less need of a rework than any of them, which isn't to say that any of the four of them is in particular need of a rework.

xerath had a rework already, lux is flavor so no need to change change velkoz for reasons???

honestly i feel this is a xerath type rework being thrown on velkoz..., having the reasoning be due to not being super popular and low play rates, but there is very little problem among the community about them...

Xerath had his last rework 2 champions before Vel'koz.

yes but i feel it is along the same line as why they reworked xerath, he was just meh in the commuity, not op but not underpowered, and wan't played all that much.
