Riot have been working on a new passive for Liss since before worlds, and they are nerfing other parts of her kit because of the new passive.

.1 ap ratio on 2 spells to give her a an aoe 510 base damage passive (with cc btw)

The 50 flat damage + 20% AP ratio damage is indeed a fairly significant DPS loss in all situations where Lissandra doesn't get a kill at a time when her passive will be useful. So for laning, skirmishes, or anywhere where she's fighting a single target, this is a significant nerf. It's a teamfight buff, yes, but that helps better define her as a teamfight focused AoE mage.

Lissandra is a broken, boring, badly designed champion nobody wants to see viable.

She should be gutted until reworked tbh

Pro play is over until next Spring Split starts and she's not gigabroken on soloQ, they have enough time to bring her down if she's op with her new passive.
