Do you get punished for dodging in Ranked excessively?

Like, I mean, I know you lose a bit of LP and get a mild timeout, but is that all?

I've always tried to stay honourable and noble, with my whole "Never surrender! Huuuuu!!!!" attitude. But I've been in so many situations where I absolutely KNOW I'm gonna lose from champ select, whether it be their team entirely counters ours to the point of hopelessness, or someone screaming "PLEASE SWITCH WITH ME I CANNOT SUPPORT WAHHHHH!!!!!!" or someone simply playing Nidalee, since the last 8 nidalee's I've seen never do damage. And I'm basically always right! Those reasons always make me lose my precious LP!

So, if I decide to keep dodging to avoid those garbage setups, will I eventually lose more than I would if I choose to play and lose those games?

As far as LP goes, I believe you keep losing around the same. But you will start getting longer leaver buster times.

Well, I'd rather spend 30 minutes playing One For All one the PBE than suffer 30 minutes of trying to not lose my LP, so I certainly don't mind

Hey if you're cool with those queue times then whatever makes you happier man. Unfortunately I don't have another game to play so I could never handle it, also I feel kinda bad when I dodge games sometimes.

Trust me, if you dodge because you know someone is bad, you're doing everyone else a favour
