Ping counter, and warning in the Launcher, and pre game lobby.

Far too often, and damn near everyday 1 out of 3-5 games I get someone instantly go "oh damn my ping is high, gotta afk". I know they're telling the truth because I'll see them ping their ping and its an absurd like 800+....

This is extremely annoying, and ontop of all the other cancerous stuff I get everygame between trolls, inters, afkers who rage quit, etc. This is just one more unnecessary annoyance.

I think it would really help if Riot started enforcing this a little bit. Not through punishments directly of course, but just show the damn ping in the launcher when you're selecting your games, and the pre game lobby. THis way someone knows their ping is screwed BEFORE they go into the game itself..

IF they continue entering games with absurd ping (like 400+), start punishing them for it by "soft" banning them and forcing them to play co-op until their ping gets situated.

Really don't think anyone has the right to ruin 4 other teammates games whether intentional or not intentional.
