Why does Riot keep tanky assassins good
Explain to me how Rengar and Diana are good for the game
Explain to me how Rengar and Diana are good for the game
Then explain why Tryndamere is good for the game
Rengar is not even close to "tanky" and "assassin". He is one or the other, never both.
he is none or both
thats how snowballing works for such champions like rengar and diana
the same is for riven
all of those are rather reliant on snowballing and are real;y annoying when ahead
Diana was like nonexistent for over a year after the nerfs. Runeglaive is the only reason shes popular again.
Rito likes them.
The thing is, they're pretty exploitable. Of course they have tons of damage because they are meant to do that, they're assassins, more so they're melee assassins so they have some built in defense. So they're pretty good damage wise with decent survivability. However they are extremely vulnerable to CC and damage. CC-ing these melee assassins is the best counter to them because they have little to none themselves and they just sit there soaking up damage they can't afford, a simple 1.5 second stun and they'll be decently chunked or completely dead with the help of your team.
Pretty exploitable, a simple click and stun can shut down a champion's main purpose.
Riven, Diana, and Rengar have no CC themselves
CC-ing these melee assassins is the best counter to them because they have little to none themselves
So like, are we forgetting that Diana was played for several months as a literal Command: Shockwave and that Rengar snares you for 3.5 seconds when you dare step away from your tower?
Diana isn't too bad, Rengar is pure cancer though
Diana is not an Assassin, she is a Fighter. Stop calling Diana and Ahri Assassins, ffs.
Remember this: the tank meta was full of tanky burst champions, so yeah. Rengar and Diana are nothing compared to them.
Because the line between 'bruiser' and 'assassin' is still far too blurred in this game.
rengar sucks without kills, and diana... hell idk about her.
rengar can kill one target idk about diana
