How are they supposed to balance the game by putting changes on the pbe before testing? That server is worse than NA.

Riot stated they do not use the PBE to balance the game, only to test for bugs.

More like the PBE'ers are retarded. I know two of them IRL, they literally just use it to play stuff before other people. They dont' give feedback and they are really really bad at the game.

That's all anybody uses it for.

It doesn't help that when people try to give feedback, Riot flat out ignores them, so they give up on even trying. "EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE WE'VE DISCOVERED A BUG WITH THE LATEST PATCH" - "Oh hey I reported that bug on the PBE 3 weeks ago"

That's more of a case of "we fixed it on the PBE, but is as the case with any code, any change you make has the possibility to go wrong"
