Why do people bash "ADC's only right-click!!!!" though?
There's always been a ton of things wrong with this argument.

They don't just right-click and then stop looking at the screen for an easy penta. There's kiting, orbwalking, switching targets and using spells involved! If there's an ELO where that actually lets people win games, then no wonder I see all these dummy ADC's when I get filled to another role. But as for everywhere else, there are few instances where idiot teams will just stand still and let the enemy ADC dick them down. And they're always on my team.

If you right-click someone, you have to get in range of their skillshots to actually land it. And every time you go for an auto attack, your character physically freezes in place for a shot time just to start the animation. You wanna guess how many tanks and mages can take advantage of that? a LOT. I only play super safe champions like Xayah, Jinx (When using Fishbones) and Ezreal because I know if I play Kog'Maw, every single tank and mage is gonna put all their shit on top of me the second I try to auto them. And Kog has a lot of attack range, too! But if you don't have a support who graduated kindergarten, those tanks won't care about attack range.

Every champion has skills specific to their kit that they utilise in battle. If no ADC ever used a single skill in their entire life, EVERY ADC main would one-trick Jinx for the attack speed alone. You think Lucian would be good if he just walked up to a 5000-health Sejuani and only right-clicked? "Plink! Plink! Plink!!! An ally has been slain." Yeah, I didn't think so.

ADC's have to choose what type of items they need, and that always leaves them to be countered somewhere. Does their team have a full-squishy comp? Go full crit with a bloodthirster! Do they have a 5000-health Sejuani? Buy a Lord Dom's Regards and BorK instead! But now you have less AD overall, and you're susceptible to being defeated by the enemy ADC who has full crit and a bloodthirster! Or, you can continue to go full crit with a bloodthirster to deal with their ADC, but now their 5000-health Sejuani ulted into your fact and 1v1'd you to death! You see? What choice does a tank face? "Uhhuhuhu, more health items!!!!" What choice does a mage face? "Uhuhuhuh, more AP, and maybe a Liandry's!" ADC's actually have to think about their items when facing a competent, diverse team. What a shame they never do on my team.
