Is it really that hard to balance the botlane?

Starting to think that Riot wants Tristana and Twitch to be overpowered because in my eyes, it's not that difficult to balance a role :/

it's clear who needs buffs and who needs nerfs and honestly, if Riot really wanted a perfectly balanced game, I guarantee that at least 50% of champions would be viable in SoloQ and 30% in competitive.

Nerfing the champions isn't a good idea because people will just go to the next broken champ. We should nerf the adc itemization which is the root of the problem.

KogMaw 700 range burst-per-second drain-tank juggernaut hehe

Nerfing Twitch/Trist just opens up the next most broken 1-2 options. The only reason Trist is up there at all is because of nerfs to everyone above her previously.

what if you just nerf Twitch/Trist enough so they fall off a lil, but still not trash?

balance is what happens

the way Riot balances is kind of the issue with that theory. I am still a bit new but, there was this video on youtube about how riot balances. I found it interesting to say the least. If they dialed back twitches damage they would most likely buff the attack speed from ambush. If they nurfed tristanas attack speed they would likely increase her damage in order to "Compensate" Which what was the point in going through the change at all? So the community would shut up is about all I can figure.

yeah it just goes to who is strongest bot lane has never been super diverse except during the beginning of season 6 its been whoever can work best in the meta right now semi burst champions work best because of synergy with supports and crit if those get nerfed well prob see ashe and jhin in every game again.
