How do you report someone for ELO boosting?

Yeah i wana snitch, this guy was on my team even. Playing Riven, AA animation canceling like a MF, literally 1v5'd their entire team w.o a single 1 of us assisting him.. I'm silver 3/2 and i've never seen sm1 animation cancel as smooth as this guy.. or 1v5 w.o assistance.. it was pretty obvious. And checking his match history, he just started playing riven in ranked? 13.6 / 2.2 / 5.6 avg kda after 5 games 100% win, never played Riven last season. This is pretty obvious to me.

If its a smurf, then he can easily dump on lower level players. It is VERY easy to destroy players at a lower skill difficulty because they make so many more mistakes to take advantage of then at higher levels of play.

How would a smurf end up placed in Silver unless they purposely lost their placements?

That, friend, is how you end up in Silver. Some people like to feel good when they're in a losing streak so they go and stomp some plebs.

On my smurf I am placed in Silver. It isn't that hard to get into imo, all you need to do is to not win your games. At all levels of play it is possible to throw, the lower the level the easier it is. Also some people don't really care if they win/lose so they may not actually try that hard.

Ran into an elo booster playing Draven a couple days ago, it was pretty frustrating. I afk'd out of game.

He had just started playing ranked, had no previous games that even closely resembled ranked games stat-wise. 100% win rate on all ADC's he had played, and like an 18/1 KDA. I reported it, but I just checked and he's still in ranked. He's in Silver 3 now, being matched with Gold-Plat players in match-making.

Animation cancelling is easy with Riven, just assign a button to a taunt/joke and spam it with your other abilities. You can cancel also with Tiamat or pressing 2 abilities at the same time like E+R to avoid the clunky ult animation and so on. Getting destroyed by someone doesn't mean that he is eloboosting,

Yeah animation canceling is easy, but auto attack animation canceling isn't. He was fluid with it @ every situation. This is silver 2/3 when i played with him.

edit: and hes 29-2 with riven now, starting at silver 3, hes is now gold 5 in 1 day. Possible? sure... but not likely when he had never played riven before and all his other champs have 50% win or lower..

You can send a support ticket but they won't be telling you if the person is actually banned or not. Might also be smurf.
