im sorry, but i still believe this is what all ezreals should run and they should just give up this "blue build tank kite" nonsense.

ezreal should return to his max damage builds, because all blue build does is offer kiting and tankyness in exchange for damage. and people dont get that, if you run blue build ez you need either a super front line or damage from other sources on your team and it does set your team up for failure when you under perform the role and cant chain your abilities.
