The Change is literally somewhat of a buff tbh

With windspeakers it is a buff she heals now way more with her w (if applied with starcall buff) Also the boni from Windspeakers are now longer on the target. So in conclusion the heals way more per used hp/mana but she isn't really as quick with healing as before.
