20% Debuff to ranged in top lane
Going to keep reposting this until it happens. Just laned against a fucking Jhin in top lane. He can afk clear minions, has insane range, self peel and fleet footwork gives too much healing and ms!

i agree ranged cancer top should be stoped. make the potion 
give a massive damege reduction vs ranged champs.
As a Trist top player. No. You guys wanted Lane diversity, well when bruisers, mage supports and all of that invaded bot lane you guys hated on all the adcs wanting to get it out.
Now, it's my turn. You will enjoy your lane divisity. This is karma.
Ranged aren't even that strong in top lane.
Ryze is too strong in general, so don't use him as an excuse.
Fleet Footwork is annoying in bot lane too depending on the support you either need to 100-0 them or they heal back up nicely.
