I am on my way to mastering singed. But I want to be a good teemo as well, teemo mains halp.

Use your E to whittle down your opponent in lane. Use blind to make them lose cs. Also, use blind if they engage on you. Place shrooms in the bushes and the river so that you're practically ungankable. Move quick is very useful for getting back to lane and for moving across the map. Your passive is also very useful, too. You can go invisible at buffs and wait for the enemy to come. It's really funny when they're about to kill it and then you steal it with an auto XD

As for what I've picked up playing vs. him: Teemo is not a power-fantasy champion where you get stronger and mightier and overpower your foes. He's all about the David vs. Goliath mindset - being smaller and weaker, but defeating otherwise tougher foes with cunning, cleverness, and tactics. He's all about guerrilla warfare stuff. Hit and run, watching map movement and striking weak spots, laying traps and ambushes, cutting off movement paths, striking from the shadows. Very much a hero of a stealth-fantasy. You rarely if ever want to engage in a face-tank fight with Teemo. If you're stuck in one, plant a mushroom at your opponent's feet. You pretty much always want to play hit and run tactics - Teemo's poison itself is at it's strongest when you strike with 1 auto and back off, waiting for the poison to run it's course.

On a mechanical note - Blind's don't stop on-hit effects or even the bonus damage of Siphoning Strike. If it isn't raw AD, Blind probably won't help, so don't rely on Blind too much for survival.

Anyways - the general mindset is doing every dirty, underhanded trick in the book. Nothing (strategic/tactical) is off-limits with Teemo, because he's specifically set up to win through outsmarting rather than overpowering.
