Teemo is not a support.

Also, from the wiki:

"On-hit effects will not trigger Tribute (although the triggering attack can)."

If you want multiple procs off one attack, play Morgana and spam W.

Doesn't need to be for support. Teemo grabs spell thief's, 5 pots(maybe a few pots and a ward), goes top, now he has a gold advantage.

Also, he can be a support. He's a viable one. Has a blind which effects all ADC's, his ultimate for zoning and slowing and keeping vision, the only big disadvantage is he would deal little damage without his magic pen. and AP. And if you have someone like Nunu or Lee Sin on your team, and you get people to actually fucking upgrade their wards and use them, then you could skip straight to magic pen. and AP.

Ah well then. I'm not concerned with what happens top lane, so go for it.

Still, spellthief does not proc on on-hit effects. Not sure why you can't be bothered to just q and use 2 aa's every 30 seconds.

Hmm, it doesn't? Weird. Thought it proced for any hit you did to an enemy champion, like with Zyra's plants or something.

It procs on a damaging ability such as Teemo's blind. It also procs on any autoattack. However, it does not proc on an on-hit effect. Zyra's plants are a damaging ability. A DoT from a passive skill, i.e. toxic shot, is considered an on-hit effect. A single ability though can proc spellthief's multiple times, such as Morgana's W.

im not sure if i understand correctly when nid plays suport and places down a trap it will do dmg over time meaning when getting 5/10 gold for ea time you dmg you wil get 15/30 gold for hitting 1 spell

r u trying to say teemo should get 30 gold every time he aa

because this is just plain out stupid this seems so op on a teemo that i would probertly actualy buy spelltiefs on teemo top since it will mean every time you poke u get a bi more than 1 vs meaning it will make up for missing a cs because ur spending time poking or even get you a cs lead i do agree that it makes most sence if it did but it also seems stupidly op
