Will ranked team builder ever be an option?

Been trying to scrape my way out of Bronze and Silver elo hell, but it's hard when you constantly get support or jungle roles. I get jung and tell myself I MIGHT be able to make the difference. Instead, all lanes feed kills within 5 mins, the nightmare of all jungs; not knowing where to go, or what lane to help since they are all equally hurting.

I get support, make good plays that are never followed up. You get an ADC that get's caught with Thresh hooks or Blitzs arms over and over again and yell at you for not dying with them......because I guess it makes more sense to those players that if I die, you as support ALSO need to die. Then, as always you have a mid or top feeding, and it overflows into bottom lane making me feel powerless as a support against a fed opposition. The times when I get to mid or top, I can usually carry. I would just love to be able to consistently play the role where I know I can make the biggest impact. I don't play the game on a scheduled basis, or know people that are also interested in a team, so I am stuck with soloqueue in order to move up the ranked ladder which is such a struggle.

Anyone else think that teambuilder should be worked into ranked somehow?
