Evelynn is weak btw guys.

Even if this stupid champion is 0/20 and inting, she is worth much more to her team because for some fucking reason her W reduces the target magic resist by 35% rather than increasing her damage.

So she can int and use an E + W combo, shred 35% off a squishy champion so the AP mid laner can deal true damage.

Plus it is not just this. She has the most toxic form of stealth in the game. Permanent stealth with a free mini Warmogs passive. How many places do you expect me to red ward so she doesn’t come out of nowhere and one shot me in less than 1 second on her own? You nerfed warding and stealth counterplay anyway since like season 5.

Her ult pretty much executes targets at like 900-1000 HP anyway, but instead of buffing one part of the damage, they buff, both the damage of the target under 30% max HP so she can one shot much easier and the base damage plus ability power ratio.

This balance team showing favoritism or what?
