Remove the Rylais interaction with his soldiers, and set the Wall at 2-4 seconds with ranks 1-3. You seem to think it's fair to nerf him AND his core item, but I can't help but have an uneasy feeling that you haven't taken that into account.

But then again I'm a solo q player, with no aspiration of being a pro player, so my opinions and feelings are worthless since they don't fit into your "we only cater for the Esports scene", right?

About time this sh!t got nerfed. Surprised it took this long seeing as how him and ryze are really pushing half the games mid laners out. Too oppressive.
