@Riot is the tooltip of hunters talisman incorrect saying you get health for damaging monsters?

Try playing any champion with a non spell dot ability(Darius bleed, Twitch poision). They do not apply the health drain from hunters talisman.

Is it bugged or should hunters talisman be reworded to say only spell dots(Brand passive, Cass Q) apply the drain?

Edit: forgot to mention gromp poison does not apply it either
