why they always see lcs play? i really think ezreal is weak

Ezreal is a 'safe pick' because of his blue build that naturally gives him armor to counter aggressive ADs and even a good deal of junglers too, the sheer amount of mana to basically spam things like his 'blink' ability to get out of any hard situations basically and that CD lets him do it way too much. Against any straight up ADC match up he can just play safety and wrap it up with stupid global snipe ultimate just because it erases squishies with retarded EZ and hard to see it coming if he snipes straight from base. But at the very least, no other champion is going to replicate it nor does it out right make Ezreal brokenly overpowered.

Lucian because even with all the and nerfs, he can still exploit it, when really he needs a hard nerf to remove on hit effects on his 2nd hit to just make it a plain bonus damage hit. His more damage focus build would be fine but it would finally get rid of the on hit build by a MAJOR deal and make it much easier to deal with the arse build that has been going on for too many months.
