Just buy more tank items. You'll still do damage because that's the new "Tank"

You just farm and don't try to get kills on the tanks? I'm looking forward to my irelia with the new rageblade and double hitting the true 75 damage when it's fully stack all while getting the benefits of the item.

You conveniently forgot that Cleaver will be 3100 gold total, which should pretty much help against tanks.
