I know his whole kit revolves around his passive and yada yada, but seriously, you gotta die a bunch of times to get an S? When I go like 9/2 with 150+ cs in a 20 minute game its an A T_T

Anyway yeah If its a 20 minute game you are highly unlikely to get an S at all. You need really good CS, really good score, and really good objective participation. Which isn;t going to happen if the game is so short.
