So I go 15/1 with brand in Nemesis, don't say ANYTHING to the enemy team all game, just some fun banter back and fourth with team-mates, and I get reported? Nothing was even said in the chat. Good job on that reporting system Riot.

As a side note, these alerts don't come up unless you're extremely toxic for several games recently. Maybe you were false reported this game (doubt it, I'm pretty sure you triggered it the game before) but it's unlikely you were false reported for ALL the games.
Regardless, you won't actually receive punishments unless the reports are legitimate - players are reviewed before they're punished. This is just a warning to say you MIGHT be toxic.
