but aside from that it works well with Ezreal MissFortune Varus and could probably work with Quinn to

Ezreal with that combination still gets his 40% CDR while penetrating so much armour(that Taric would oh so enjoy) still plays the same but the build gives him a lot of more bursty damage,but he does give up a large mana pool

Miss fortune with the combination will make her Ult be a very deadly team fight tool,because not only does it hurt a lot but your basically doing an AOE armour shred at the same time,Still has 40% CDR not to mention the innate Attack speed bonus she has lets her do this(Q dmg is also nice) but i suggest going item 3142 > item 1051 > item 3071 for the 1 in 10 chance that you get a crit wave in a team fight the glove can help

Varus no need to explain he was probably the first to build like this,like before lucian did

I plan to experiment this with Quinn she has great burst,attack speed bonus and a combo kit it might just work

Yup, the problem is the Black Cleaver passive. It stacks too fast on ranged casters. As a result it is balanced for melee champions buy broken for AD casters, since the damage you miss from the crit items is being make up but lowering the total armor for your entire team.

As a Shen main, I started to ban Lucian, the BC build is a terror for every tank

Well. If you go a crit build what are you supposed to rush? This meta is largely about strong early powerspikes. Crit doesn't really spike until later. Cleaver and Ghostblade are really big spike items for early-mid game.

The issue is not al ADC's can benefit the same way as others,its best on spellcastery AD's

AD's like Vayne Jinx Sivir Jhin can't afford to miss out on Crit and AS

Vayne needs stats like AS and Crit cause she's a late game hyper carry same goes for jinx

I mean Sivir could theoretically build this way but her W would just be more utility with item 3071 she needs crit desperately to deal tons of multihit damage

Jhin doesn't auto much,his spells are on a to-long cooldown to synergies with the items,apart from ghost blade which is a basically an AD steroid for him and most off all he needs AS to scale well

Vayne and Jinx aren't really meta as far as I can tell right now. Cait is a bit more meta and would contradict what I said more I feel.

Sivir can abuse Essence Reaver and as you said she needs crit for her W to do damage. Crit also increases her waveclear hugely. Jhin I'd consider a special case because of his passive.

I was mostly stating what I said because of Lucian and Ezreal being in about 80% of games. Neither of which really get crit early.

The yomuu on jhin would maybe offer a stronger movement speed buff with the crit

It's not really supprising to me that items that increase your physical damage alot or give physical-omnivamp work well on champs that do alot physical damage... Arpen builts on the more caster/earlygame focused champs have always been effective early-mid, and dropped of compared to crit builtslater on. The main reason why it's now such a big thing is that early-mid is by far the most imprtant phase of the game, so builts that work well here are generally strong, which is also why the tank fizz/akali stuff works out, as the tank path is very strong at 1-3items and falls of later on.

Yeah. The item 3142 item 3071 combo even works for melee fighters like XinZhao. Right now, they're the only two items that still make him feel tolerable to play instead of outright pathetic like he is with item 1419 item 3124 .

No it's not surprising, if you actually read amount of stats ghostblade, dickblade and BC have, and if you realize how ridiculous flat Armor Penetration is, since squishy champions have almost no access to armor, except from leveling.

All 3 those item, if are ever to be balanced in their current form, would need to be melee only.
