Can you swap assassins' blinks to dashes?

It's kind of... unreasonable to have so many blinks. There are only 5 abilities in the game that hinder dashes in a way that they don't hinder blinks, and the strength they should have against the most powerful of high mobility champions is completely negated.

Half of the blinks even incorrectly state that the champion "dashes."
