Im afraid we wont see soloq (if at all) until seasson 7

Lets count the odds, we are half way through the seasson, Riot dodges massive dynamic boost boycott, total silience about soloq since it was announced in preseasson, i belive we can forget about playing in fair competitive environment in s6 and have hopes that it returns in s7.

Why in the world would you think it would return in Season 7?

This is not a Balance Issue... this was a complete and total change in Company Philosophy.

The only way this gets reverted is if they lose a huge chunk of Ranked Players and assert the loss to Dynamic Queue. That's it. No other way.

As long as a large majority play Dynamic Queue... it stays.

Or tencent reverts.

the theft of ideas, systems, and mechanisms from other games in the genre is likely due to the chinese mindset rather than riot itself. Because in china, the mindset is "i steal what i want and claim it as my own" for anything not an individual object.

"Majority", cause we have a choice, bring back soloq and lets see where majority will play.

But you DO have a choice.

HotS, DOTA II, Smite.

As long as you stay here and fire up Dynamic Queue... Dynamic Queue stays.

As I said, they would have to 'lose a large enough portion of the Ranked Player Base' to revert it. They haven't, so it stays.

Dynamic Queue is here because of a fundamental shift in the entire INDUSTRY, not just Riot.

It promotes team work through greater communication, synergy with team mates and more highly evolved strategies while lessening the impact of Trolls and Toxics (when you can put Non-Toxic, Non-Trolls on your team thus limiting their chances to impact games).

Those are the Goods. The bads are Elo-Boosting and the impact at higher levels of Elo against Solo Players who don't take those advantages.

They want more New Players in League, who stay and also grow Viewership... as the entire Industry is moving towards Televised Content (such as Heroes of the Dorm on ESPN and E-League which is a CS:GO Season in Week by Week format which will be on TBS).

I said it once and i will say it again. Dynaminlc q has destroyed any ranked value this season. With all the boosting from premades going on a lot of players are in ranks they should not be and it has created major unbalanced and chaotic games as a result. I think the higher ranks like diamond and up got hit the hardest.

With that being said. The damage dynamic q has caused is most likely irriversable and it would take a seadonal ladder reset to fix it. So with that in light yeah. Rito probably has scrapped soloq until next season. Which makes rankef this season a joke.

Only low plat - have been effected by the boosting. If you look at last seasons numbers and this season plat 3+ are at the same percentage where if they were effected you would expect an increase in percentage.

Gold has been hit the hardest just by % numbers.

DQ and SQ can't coexist and riot won't scrap DQ anytime soon. It's that simple

Its not "total silence" they said soloq is cancelled till further notice, posiibly completely scrapped.
