is skarner forgotten?riot has any plans about him?

is getting nerfed hard his passive still hasn't an indicator meanwhile nautilus stuns for0.5 / 0.75 / 1 / 1.25 / 1.5 ON HIT meanwhile skarnar has to hit 5 times for 0.5 / 0.75 / 1 second stun his ulti has a lot of counter play even if in certain situations (pretty rare) his ulti may be better but nautilus can have an aoe knock up and can follow up pretty well with his passive meanwhile skarner has to use his slow for reach his target nautilus has his anchor and nautilus deal a lot more damage than skarner he is so forgotten he could use really same help
