So when Jungler going to be viable role without being ruined by level 2 champions?

Honestly, you gutted Jungler role for most of champions cause there some cheesy champions that can cheese people early game and give them hell.

Now let's talk about the champions that cheese the game such like LeeSin XinZhao Twitch etc that goes in your lane level2 and just kill you cause you still level 1 without any counter to that due to all nerfs to vision and you not able to get level 2 easily making it like jungler have pressure and decide lane for their laners.

So riot logic to solve this is to nerf the whole jungle for every other champion that can't cheese level 2 and make impact like other cheese level 2 champions?

Like really you guys seem like you don't get the problem, Jungler doesn't make much pressure and doesn't affect lanes much as much as early cheese from strong level 2 jungler cause you gutted down vision and leaving champions with ability to cheese you level 2.

That why people hate jungler pressure cause early pressure not late pressure.

That works for safety for the jungle player, but nada if the enemy is on some ganking rampage. And "fun" seems to mix funny in that strat.

He does literally the most predictable gank in the whole game, if you dont know that he's gonna gank at lvl 2 with Red and dont play around that you deserve to lose.

As much as I hate Twitch jungle, the cheese is beyond obvious and preventable. Cheese strats shouldn't be gutted just because people refuse to play safe and prevent the most obvious move in the game.

It obvious but you can't prevent it, either you will lose farm or lose lane pressure or lose flash.

And that why jungler make pressure no matter what

I mean, depending on your champ, some ganks are preventable. Some champs can't prevent ganks at all. It sucks for them but those champs have to sacrifice lane pressure.

That my point, special immobile champions going to lose lane pressure just from Xin or twitch or Lee moving around their lane early level 2

That doesnt help when these level 2 champions decide that your jungle is theirs now even with wards. Unless you're playing a champion that can deal with their level 2s, you are pretty much screwed because they just ignore the wards, kill you, kill your camps and then come back at will while you're trying to even level up

The junglers I see being played in diamond+ on a consistent basis: RekSai JarvanIV Nunu LeeSin Pantheon Hecarim and occasionally Sejuani Karthus Urgot

I don't see any other junglers being played except for by one tricks (Shaco - Chase Khazix -Lesu,etc Rengar - Scrubnoob Kindred - ForestWithin).

Fyi, here's champs I consider junglers (doesn't mean they can't play other lanes) that I didn't list: Amumu -rip Elise Evelynn Fiddlesticks Gragas Graves Ivern Kayn Maokai MasterYi Nautilus Nidalee Nocturne Olaf Rammus Rumble Shyvana Skarner Taliyah Trundle Tryndamere Udyr Jax Vi Volibear Warwick MonkeyKing XinZhao Zac

So Kha and Shaco makes the one trick list, but not Udyr?

Evelynn is still a good diamond+ pick, Ivern is highly underrated, a good chunk of the other champs function better in lane than jungle.

Not even sure what your point is. Having six top tier junglers that you provided is still better than previous seasons when it was pick Vi, J4, or Rek or lose.

Before the big jungle Nerf I was a Jax and Nocturne main but I can hardly play those power farmers anymore because they have to be fed to work well

Dont get me wrong those champs still work but they arent even fun for me anymore so I had to actually change my mains because of a whole nerf to the role I main

Now I main more tanky champs like Warwick Rammus XinZhao because if I am ever behind all I need to do is become the tank for the team so I am always in a useful position

What do I really think about the jungle nerfs??? Well I would literally carry every single game as Jax so it is an understandable nerf but the result is that jungle is more of a support role now than to be compared to an adc. The nerf was very unacceptable to me when it first came out but I refound what works for me in the jungle and I am proud to be a jungle main!!!

The jungle nerf to xp was to prevent junglers being on par with laners when they are only farming which they should not be and before that the other nerf to jungle camps was to prevent junglers from reaching level 3!before any laner could. As a reksai jungler I would level 3 before any lane and gank immediately with a guaranteed kill .

No it wasn't.

Riot explicitly said they don't want to kill the non stop gank meta.

They also stated no matter how dumb they sound that the problem are level 2 ganks XD Lvl 2 ganks are:

a) not the problem with the jungle b) not fixable unless you change the entire jungle so the buff doesn't give lvl 2 immediately (or any camp for that matter)

The problem with the jungle is vertical jungling, allowing junglers to sit on one half of the map, non stop ganking lanes into oblivion and barely losing anything for it because actually jungling is worthless as fuck.

Has anyone seen fnatic vs vit? (or was it splyce? last week) where the jungle jarvan sat on bwipos brush for like legit 2 minutes and the casters started making fun? This is the shit that also happens in soloq, even easier because you don't have a team of four pros who could use that time to punish it. Instead you are forced away from your lane just because the jungler decides "fuck you".

Jungle is a troll role.

Pick and play whomever you want when you are auto-filled, it literally doesn't matter. Outside of a few most are going to be the same level as the support and 2-3 levels behind mid/top.

Mid and Late game, you are mostly going to be a support. There's a reason Jax is picked more top lane than Jungle these days, because jungling is garbage.

Actually I don't think lv2 junglers are that strong at the moment. If you keep dying to obvious ganks such as Twitch's perhaps it isn't Riot's fault at all. Even before the changes Twitch always did the same lv2 gank that is so easy to predict.

Again if not dying to it, you mostly going to waste farm or flash for it.

And that make me say what they nerfed jungle at first place, because jungler pressure which doesn't shine except early in game due to cheese of level 2 champions.

And whats the downside? Lv2 junglers are designed to be early game stompers, and if you prevent any kind of snowball by giving away farm what's the issue? Do you think the trade off isn't worth it? And most of the times you don't need to last hit, just give up the gold farm and try to get in exp range and your lane will have no difference whatsoever.

The downside they nerfed all other champions in the jungle with the new jungler nerfs and changes, that is my problem killing many champions for this level 2 early cheese instead of nerfing them or tone down level 2 from one buff kill.

I used to play a lot of jungle, until S8. Ever since then jungling sucks balls. I remember a couple seasons ago having fun with almost any champ in jungle. I could carry a game with traditional junglers, and at least hold even with a lot of fun troll picks. I wasnted to see how many junglers I could get a chest with in S7 and I think I tapped out at over 40 champs. Now if you do not play a few cheese picks you are a handicap to your team.

Someone got it, cause some people in this post still thinking riot nerfed jungler cause they didn't want jungler in same level as laner while in matter of fact they didn't want level 3 cheese so they leave only level 2 cheese

This is honestly not a fun way to jungle. I remember back in S7 red>gank was considered cheese and a terrible way to path because of how inconsistent it was. Now that that is the way all the meta junglers are forced to path, jungling just doesn't feel right anymore. Meanwhile, I feel locked out of my main role because I just can't adapt to the new way of jungling. Oh well, I change or quit at this point.

The thing about Twitch is it's not just the early game where he's strong. He scales INCREDIBLY well into the late game and is EXTREMELY safe to play. With the way his stealth works it's very hard to punish him, and he has a ton of range with his ult so he deal damage at a very safe range.
