Ok I know they are given out at random.
So far i've bought 5 because I wanted to open the chest i earned. But as far as the keys ive earned it has been about 2 weeks since i last remember seeing a key fragment until today I have gotten 2.
Someone told me in post game chat that it resets every month.
So does anyone know what the limit on key fragments in before you stop getting them until the month resets?
FantasySniper1 votesThere is no limit, it just gets harder to get one every time you find one.
So think of it like this: You original chance is divided by the amount of key fragments you have already found. (Obviously that's not the real formula they use) Even if you found a lot, you can still obtain them, just very rarely.
The average is supposed to be 12 key frags per month with an average play rate, but I would say it's more like 7 to 10, and I play about 20+ games per week.
