What are your thoughts on ivern?

Personally, I think he was one of the most toxic new creations in existence. People didn't understand how he worked and therefore got a huge buff that he didn't really need. He has been sitting at 1-10/43 jungle champions almost since release, but I guess that's not really my annoyance with him. What annoys me is that you can start blue and he will clear his blue and then walk over to your red and do it basically instantly, before you can even get there. That just screams toxic gameplay, because if you gank even once, you can say good bye to half of your camps right as they respawn and it is so frustrating. He also doesn't even need a jungle item. I see many iverns just build the smite for chilling smite and then build full support, yet he still does quite a bit of damage?????????? Its like if janna and annie had a love child, it would be ivern.
