Machete change (hear me out on this)

If it cost 100 more gold to upgrade machete now, why don't we also (hear me out on this) make it to were machete makes you earn 10% (or maybe more/less depending on balance) more experience for jungle creeps. This way, junglers won't be so damn behind on xp. I'm tired of being 4 levels behind a winning solo lane and still 2 behind one that is being stomped. If someone is 3/0/4 on Kha'Zix they shouldn't be the same level as a 0/4/0 support or behind level an 0/2/1 mid laner.

And since poaching an allies jungle camps is hurting now more than ever, maybe we could at least make it so BASE xp is lowered but with machete it is normal (or more). This way camps do not help out laners nearly as much xp and gold wise compared to their jungler. However also, we would have to consider how this would change power farming champion like this guy who already keeps up in level since they can farm 24/7 since they have such high sustain. So perhaps camps would only give bonus xp if you are lower level than camps (or a similar mechanic to the catch-up xp feature for when someone is afk).

TL;DR: Make machete give more xp to junglers if they are behind or make camps give less to laners to prevent poaching.
