Protobelt has 60 AP, +15 from a hypothetical Doran's Ring and +15 more from AP quints is 90 AP. 170% of 90 is 153.
Total damage: 594 magic damage and 150 physical damage, before armor and MR, for a total of 744 damage
Assuming Ekko and his target are the same level, that's not even enough damage to kill dismounted Kled, who is the squishiest champion in the game (Kled at level 9 with no outside Health bonuses or Skaarl has 812 Health).
