Also make it so that people who are afk 3 times on a single day get banned from ranked for a week so that DuoQ players can't abuse it.
It can't be that teams get punished because of a single troll. This is just not fair, not fan and spreads a toxic environment.

legimate players should not be afk 3 times on a day, in ranked. If one disconnects twice you should consider checking your connection or playing normals. For your own sake and that of your team.

Ofc afk is unacceptable but it so happened to me that I was constantly disconnecting and failing to reconnect ( i play since season 1 I know the reconnect drill by heart trust me ) , now tell me should I be punished for this ? I believe not but people in this named game felt like they should report me . I told them what happened , they didn't care .
So now tell me , should I be banned let's say for a week , considering that I never afk / troll / leave games ( normal or ranked ) ?

Server issue are always a special problem. Riot gave loss forgiven for server issues before.
The times I loose because of a leaver are about 30 times more common than games that are lost because of my connection. And I'm talking about my laptop which has not the best wlan. Playing with my desktop I play hundreds of games without DC'ing.
A legit player should draw MUCH, MUCH more benefit from such a punishment then before.
