Can people stop pretending that Soraka is weak?

real tired of people coming up with 101 excuses as to why soraka is weak and that no one should complain about her at all

Facts: she's strong, maybe a little too strong in certain situations.

I didn't know anyone called her weak, she's pretty strong at what she does though. Which is fine IMO since she gives up literally everything else to be the ultimate healer

Isn't literally every champion a little too strong in certain situations? I could say Shaco is a little too strong in certain situations (such as face checking a bush AP Shaco has been in for a minute), doesn't mean he needs a nerf. Hey, Yorick gives you a 75% AD adc for 10 seconds, isn't that a little too strong when combined with high range adcs and a team of peelers? Better nerf Yorick then, right? He's too strong in certain situations!

Soraka is strong in her niche and weak everywhere else. She has massive frequency and strength heals, but in return has low damage, low CC, and hurts herself to heal. She gives up everything in order to be the ultimate healer, and thus in situations where she can favorably heal she is really strong.

Nobody has said she's weak. They've just said she's not overpowered, because she's not. Soraka is very strong, but fair and not lacking in counters.

Someone just a few days ago tried to argue with me that Soraka is, in fact, weak.

that statement is completely false because there are a ton of people claiming she is a liability or just plain useless

Why pick Soraka when you can pick any Tank support with CC and spoon feed your adc kills while being more relevant in team fights? Soraka is meant for late game scalers to get passed the early game like vayne twitch and kog. Thats what she is great at.
