is there an official place we can view hotfixes? The patch notes show there hasn't been a "patch update" since 11/13 http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/game-updates/patch/patch-522-notes#patch-patch-updates

Let me follow up on that, that page should have been updated when the hotfix went out.

Normally when you guys change stuff their is a patch i have to DL and then i have to click the "i agree" button. I have not had to do this when the patch came out

So either the tool tips are all wrong (hope not) or there was no fix.

They can make server-sided changes (such as the ones made yesterday) which don't require a patch and a prompt when you launch.

Patch Updates which require a patch and prompts you when you launch means there were client or client and server-sided changes made.

Tooltips will be updated in Patch 5.23.

The nerf to Warlord's was a nerf to Yasuo and Tryndamere.
