Zed or any ad assassin can never one shot let alone duel a 200+ armor person.

But Kat can still one hit a 230 MR tank with locket. I really don't understand how did you mess up her rework so badly. old kat was a snowbally beast. she was fairly simple to fight. cancel the ult and your doing well. now kat. picks up a dagger. that does premitigation around 900 damage. 100% ap ratio on it late game. with near 300 base damage. so thats around a thousand damage per dagger picked late game

it doesn't really feels like you can deal with her as a single person anymore. I mean. old kat had clear counterplay. clear moments of strengths and weaknesses. but new kat has way too many tools at her dispoal. too much damage in her kit

like am a 270 MR darius. and I take from her alone. 1200 damage from just the passive. the god damn passive. alone. thats not counting ult or shunpoo or everything.

Kat mains have the highest average winrate of any champion sitting at 58-59% winrate. but shes to tally balanced. HER DAMAGE IS NOT OVERTUNED AT ALL.

I can eat zed's entire combo as a darius late game. and he won't go through half my health. but oh no kat. she will one shot me. jesus christ what an assassin. she can kill a squishie with her passive and E mid-late game plus tld and gunblade. doesnt matter if fed or behind. high base damages and high scalings.

shes no longer an assassin . shes a carry. she does way too much consistent burst to be an assassin.

am pretty sure out of everyone in the assassin rework. kat mains complained the least. despite being a balanced champion pre rework. she got nerfed multiple times. and here we are. the strongest assassin in the game quite possibly.

the amount of solo carry potential that this disgusting champion has is unparalleled at an even level of skill.

reduce her stupid late game damage. 100% ap scaling on a passive that takes 1/3rd of the effort to proc compared to EKKO 3 STACK PASSIVE. that ** HALF the base damage. and 80% AP RATIO.**

you put all HER damage into her passive. all of it. her ult does even more damage than before. but thats besides the point. I have no problem wit her ult. even now. it has clear weakness. but when its a team fight. and kat QEs someone. and insta deletes them. thats utter bullshit. because she has the potential to kill all 5 team members including tanks. its not like the enemy team has any other threats. but all 5 members. has to play around a single fucking member that can solo carry an entire game without any assistance.
