Literally happens so many times where someone is reconnecting and then you see "2 votes yes and 3 votes no" Like wtf were you thinking when you made it 2 votes. Especially when i had the option to say no when i reconnected? For one it should be 3 yes'. Secondly, the time should be raised to 5 minutes because some people have client crashes. And reconnect almost instantly. FFS

Ekko Project1 votesyeah some people have shitty computers and being punished for it is stupid. Every 10 games or so i used to bugsplat and not join until 5-6 minutes. and if someone is afk for 3 minutes it won't have a huge impact on the game

and you cant take 1st blood out of it cuz if a team gives a 1 st blood before the remake time limit that person can jsut afk then the team can remake and they dont get a loss . that is why riot included that so it wouldnt be abused
