Annie's tibbers needs to not speed up. Killing her is a challenge in itself and you all know that. Rivens ult .-. need i say more?

Garen Malphite Maokai Rumble Pantheon Singed Trundle and more can kill riven just fine

So does Syndra , but especially early when they are both slow as hell, if it was a close fight, tibbers will kill you 100% of the time

Rivens ult didnt need to be buffed though

Why are you under the assumption that only ADC and assassin players complain about Annie? You could make this argument for literally every champion (i.e. lol just build resistances and/or HP). None of those items guarantee you'll win trades once you have them, nor do they counter Annie in the same way that grievous wounds counter champs like WW, Mundo, Swain, etc.

Because typically adcs and assassins are the only champions that don't prioritize some form of defense before late game hits. Everyone else will have 1-2 defensive items before that point. Simply counter-building isn't a viable solution for dealing with her kit. It just keeps you from dying instantly. She is still a very strong champion, that is difficult to deal with at all phases of the game. If you don't outrange her, she IS going to be a problem, and not many champions do.

if you are an assassin playing vs annie in lane say zed for example i bet his 1st item is item 3155 and he has either hp seals and mr blues are at least mr blues.... cuz he knows annie does magic damage as most mid mid laners do

just as if your an ap mage vs a ad assassin in lane you rush item 3191 into item 3157 and you run flat armor seals and either cdr blues or scaling ap blues
