Camille is balanced, hear me out.
When I played my first 6 matches against
, I got completely destroyed and immediately came to these same boards telling RIOT to do a number check on this OP champ with a fully loaded kit.
Base numbers on par with most juggernauts (excluding
) with an overly impressive kit.
She has everything, cc, mobility, all damage types, healing, etc.
Playing against her was extremely oppressive. So... I bought her and I used her and I won matches and I lost matches. After playing roughly 15 games with her, I expressed to my teammates not to ban her because I wanted to learn how to lane against her.
In the lane match I played, I literally just had the top lane
call my champ broken, to which everybody (her teammates, my teammates and myself) jokingly replied, "Says the Camille."
I'll admit, it's not hard to effectively use Camille's kit... like... at all. It's Bronzeville written all over it, but it does give a lot of room for outplay if you're using the right champs. Camille is only "strong" in laning phase and her actual kit isn't bad. Secret is, all of her power is in her passive shield. So... you have 2 options for owning her in lane.
Option A) Burst her before she can basic attack you. Option B) If she gets an AA off, save all your abilities until she starts her retreat. If you use your abilities while her shield is up, she tanks it all.
After the trade, stay inside or outside her W. Yes, inside half is completely safe to get hit by, it tickles a little.
Here's a list of champions I'm going to name that successfully counter her top/mid lane if played correctly.

If you need a description for specific strategies, just comment the champion name and I'll reply in full detail how to win mid/top lane.
I specifically mention mid/top lane, because she's a completely different beast coming from the jungle, but so are many other champions (like
) so that doesn't make her oppressive or in need of a nerf.
as soon as possible, but Vi's power is in sticking to her.
into
, then going
.
just to counter you the lifesteal, but you'd definitely still outburst her in raw damage with your shield keeping you alive.
