I've seen Skarner more than I've seen Rumble all year

I've seen rumble about 20x more often. He's not bad, he just isn't godtier and as a result has no true impact on the outcome of a match. Even if he goes 7-0.

Just annoying :P (to me at least)

They buffed his shield, he's pretty good now honestly.

It's just hard to play Rumble with all of the burst mid-range champions running around. People simply move too fast to stand in your ultimate lol

not like i've seen rumble alot outside of me playing him, but still far more often than skarner...

Skarner is a RIP tier champ along with shy, trundle and volibear...wonder why champs that rely on walking fast towards their target and then dps it down struggle in this meta...

As for Rumble, he's strong in lane and IF he has teamcoordination with a setuo for his ult he can stay relevant, but for soloQ he just lacks range and needs to long to deal his damage later on, if he gets close enough for a flame spiter, he usually dies within half it's duration...
