Riot overnerfed Ferocity, but left Cunning alone.

I don't think Riot realizes just how good Thunderlord's is (which they buffed it, while nerfing DFT). I see most ADCs running 12-18-0 in this upcoming patch, with them choosing between Thunderlord's and Stormraider's (depending on what champ they choose).

So yeah, 12-18-0 meta incoming. Calling it now.

Or 0/18/12. Not too terribly much in 12 points in Ferocity, anyway. Meanwhile, 12 in Resolve has increase regen, increased MS in brush and river or reduced damage from champions, increased sustain or increased health and reduced summoner cooldowns.
