Make Ghost blades Movement speed diminish over the duration on ranged champions

Yea what adcs like are AS and Lifesteal hence why before when maw was abused by them I was repeatedly suggesting having lifegrip completely removed since assassins don't care about AS/more LS. Well except for rengar one of the only assassins to go an adc build.........

They remove the AS from youmuu boom adcs won't build it and it would even somewhat tone down assassins who while don't need the bonus it's still a bonus.

Riot said that with so many attack speed items with crit, they tried to made Youmuu's Ghostblade an item for assassins, focused on assassins, and that's why they removed the crit chance. However, this didn't stopped ADCs from taking it. On my opinion only the removal of attack speed will make this item unnatractive for ADCs.

Assassins will not even miss it. Most of them are AD casters, and they don't need attack speed. They need pure AD and armor penetration.

..Or Hydra it. Make it melee exclusive.
