i dont run ignite as exhaust does what its meant to do, which it still does.

I honestly wish they could revert the summoner 3 nerf (it used to slow attack speed and reduce enemy resists).

It just did way too many things it didn't need to do, though.

Honestly the two most important things on it are the damage cut and the slow, both of which it still does.

I still see people saying how much Exhaust sucks, but the amount of times I've shut someone down with an Exhaust is uncountable. It still does its job, and does it excellently. Ignite is just way too strong right now, that it's almost always what you take.

most mages arn't that bad,, its the bruisers and assassins bot i hate, although i much prefer adc than any of the above

but champions like Heimerdinger should NEVER be allowed bot lane
